Frequently asked questions
Helpful answers about the terminal, ship-day timing, port fees, excursions and transportation.
Where should I verify same-day terminal instructions?
Verify operational instructions with the cruise line or port operator before leaving the ship.
How current is the cruise schedule?
The schedule uses administrator-reviewed ship calls. Times can change, so same-day cruise-line instructions always take priority.
Where can I review terminal fees?
The Port Fees page separates the government entry amount from excursion, taxi and private-transfer terminal charges and shows the recorded verification date.
Where will I meet my driver or excursion guide?
Use the written instructions in the booking confirmation and current terminal signs. Meeting areas may differ by service and ship-day operation.
How do I protect my return-to-ship time?
Start with the ship-issued all-aboard deadline, count door-to-door travel and keep a conservative turnaround and traffic margin.
Are the shore excursions shown actually available?
Only products created in WooTour appear in the bookable catalog. Editorial excursion guides explain options but do not create inventory.
Can I reserve a taxi or private transfer online?
Yes. The booking form shows configured routes and vehicles after you enter the exact pickup, destination, passengers, luggage and date.
Can I rent a car for a cruise-port day?
Compare pickup location, license, deposit, insurance, fuel, parking and return time before choosing self-drive transportation.
Where is the official Dominican Republic e-Ticket?
Use the government link shown on the Official Travel Resources page and confirm that the destination is eticket.migracion.gob.do before sharing travel details.
How can I review an existing reservation?
Open Manage Booking. Registered customers can sign in and guest travelers can request a secure access link using the order number and booking email.
